The Leadership
Ranch is a ropes challenge course designed to examine what makes
groups of humans more effective and fun. We host kid groups, adult
groups, in-between groups, any mix you can think of. There are lower
elements and puzzles like mazes, tire swings, and balance beams.
There are higher challenges including climbing ladders, high wires
and "zip" lines. The main site is located on the farm
of the course's creator, Tim Eberle, in Republic MO, about ten miles
from Springfield. Many of these activities can be brought to schools,
offices, gymnasiums or hotel conference rooms. It's, effective,
insightful and a blast. I've been helping with TLR instead of sleeping
my days away for over five years. Click the picture name above or

My friend Lubos
from the Czech Republic was looking for quality, affordable, American
styled housing for his native country. I talked to another friend
Lynn Wright who met John Gorrell, an expert on building products
known as Structurally Insulated Panels. I do not know why homes
are built any other way. The technology saves energy, time, and
labor. You get a better home for less money. SES handles "SIPs"
and a few other common sense products like "No-Burn/No-Mold"
used on TV's "Extreme Home Make-Over" that drasticly reduces
fire risk and practicly eliminates mold damage (with insurance companies'approval).
To bring this full circle, they enrolled me to help spread the word...
